1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that riding electric bikes and scooters involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Falls, collisions with obstacles, vehicles, or pedestrians

• Injuries from loss of control or mechanical failure

• Terrain hazards such as gravel, mud, uneven paths, or unexpected wildlife

I confirm that I (and any minors under my supervision) am/are in suitable physical condition and competent to operate the equipment safely.

2. Off-Road Use Only

I acknowledge that:

• All Alice E-Bikes and scooters are for off-road recreational use only

• Riding on public roads or in prohibited areas is at the user's own risk and may be illegal

• Riders must obey all local laws and regulations

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of Alice eBikes’ equipment. I accept full responsibility for:

• Any injury to myself or others

• Damage to property or the equipment

• Accidents or incidents that may occur during the hire period

4. Insurance Disclaimer

I understand that:

• Alice eBikes provides no insurance for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Third-party liability

• I am solely responsible for any costs or claims arising from the use of hired equipment

5. Equipment Condition

I agree to:

• Inspect equipment before use

• Notify staff of any concerns

• Return all equipment in the same condition it was hired

6. Helmets & Safety

• Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times

• Riders must be 11 years of age or older

• I will ensure minors in my care follow all safety instructions

7. Waiver of Liability

I hereby release and discharge Alice E-Bikes, its owners, staff, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from the use of their equipment.

8. Signature

I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement. I accept all terms freely and voluntarily.
